Do you know that you can not start the recitation of Mantra randomly? (as a remedy in your Birth Chart)
Many a time you are given mantra to recite as a remedy for malefic planetry placements or when some bad time periods (dasas)is going on in your life.
But do you know that you need to start the Mantra on a specific day and specific time to access its true power.
How to decide the day and time of starting a Mantra?
Being a Vedic Astrolger myself I always suggest people to start at specific times. I will put down my method (actually not mine, but the method suggested by seers who have passed down the method).
First , you need to cast down your Birth Chart. You can use any software . But i Like the free ones mainly Jagaranath Hora.
Secondly, decide the mantra you need to do . Suppose , I am having trouble with finding a job. That means my 10th house of career needs to be charged. So , I will choose a Vishnu Mantra or a Surya (SUN)Mantra. If I choose a Vishnu Mantra (more Sattvic energy )and I know that 10th house is Capricorn ruled by Saturn. Therefore, I will start the mantra on Thursday during the Kala ruled by the Saturn. And if you choose the more powerful Sun Mantra then start on Sunday during the Kala of Saturn
